ZEE in-house pipeline design to suite DnV FS101.
Over the past few years ZEE has been utilizing the in-house developed suite of programs to Dnv 101. The software package has been made user friendly for general use. We intend to market the package beginning of 2014 followed by a series of training sessions.
A sophisticated, finite element method based computer program. It has been developed specifically for the modeling and structural analysis of nonlinear problems encountered in the installation and operation of offshore pipelines.
Analysis capabilities include:
- – Static and dynamic pipe laying analyses for many laybarge and stinger configurations, both conventional and J-lay.
- – Pipelay initiation, abandonment and recovery analyses;
- – Calculates static pipe stresses, span lengths and deflections for irregular seabed scenarios;
- – Static davit-lift analyses for conventional riser installations and subsea tie-ins
Piping analysis software in small to high-end piping projects. AutoPipe combines the ease of use of Windows based input/editing and leading edge graphics visualization with advance analytical capabilities not found in any other program. For analysis of new or existing systems. AutoPIPE enables users to quickly analyze support loads, piping code stresses (18 piping codes), and piping loads on equipment for multiple operating conditions.
An acronym for Multi Operational Structural Engineering Simulator, MOSES is a simulation and modeling language. The program accepts a description of a model (vessel) to perform either static, frequency domain or time domain simulations. MOSES programs have been utilized to generate hydrostatics, equilibrium and stability of the vessel and generation of standard seakeeping result in irregular seas. SACS Structural Software

A comprehensive process modelling system to optimize process design and operation (flow design).
A one-dimensional Wave Equation Analysis program that simulates the pile response to pile driving equipment.
GRLWEAP predicts driving stresses, hammer performance and the relation between pile bearing capacity and net set per blow. It also estimates the total driving time. This allows the user to investigate which hammer is likely to be sufficient and economic for a certain pile and soil condition prior to mobilizing the hammer to the job.
